BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Booking operates on a first come first served basis. You will receive via email a confirmation of your booking and the details for payment. A receipt will be emailed when this has been received. We request that fees are paid at the time of booking.

REFUNDS/TRANSFERS/CREDITS

After booking is confirmed, fees are non-refundable or transferable except in extenuating circumstance at the discretion of the Coach at First Touch Soccer.

If a session is missed it cannot be refunded or carried over to the next term.

GENERAL

No responsibility can be taken for loss or damage to property or person in or outside the venue.

HEATH AND SAFTEY

Parents/guardians must always supervise their children. Parents are responsible for the health, safety and welfare of themselves and their children while attending classes.

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to make the coach aware of any information you feel could impact their own or Child’s suitability to participate in classes.

QUALIFCATIONS

Coaches at First Touch Soccer have copies of all qualifications, including an Enhanced DBS Check. These can be seen at request.

VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY

We love you to take photos or videos of your children during the sessions. Please be sensitive of taking photos of others without permission. If you are asked to stop, please do respect the rights of others.

COVID 19 AND ILLNESS

Anybody who is displaying symptoms of covid 19 or who has tested positive for Covid 19 must not attend classes.

Masks are no longer a requirement however you may still wear one if this makes you feel more comfortable. However, if the guidelines from the government change, we will need to adhere to that guidance.

Please do not bring your child to the session if they have any contagious illness such as chicken pox, impetigo, conjunctivitis. In the instance of sickness and diarrhoea your child must be clear of symptoms for 48 hours before attending a session.

QUERIES & COMPLAINTS

We hope you will be delighted with your First Touch Soccer Sessions. However, if you do have any questions or complaints, please speak to the coach who will do their upmost to resolve the issue.

Every child and adult attending these sessions will be expected to always adhere to this policy.
